It’s very, very rare that I cannot think of a single negative point or an area of improvement in a medical experience. Yet, I must say that I have nothing but compliments for Dr. Lazaro and his staff. We had a close friend who recommended Dr. Lazaro, based in their good experience. At first, I didn’t want to drive all the way from Bradenton to St. Pete but I’m so glad that I did. This experience, is what a dental experience should be. Professional, yet warm and friendly. Thorough, but not rushed. Efficient and yet patient. On my very first visit, I was late by an hour because of a traffic accident on the highway. When we called to explain, we were assured not to worry and to just get to the office safe. I was still seen once I arrived. That was very much appreciated.
