January 25, 2022I have such a terrible fear of anything dental/oral surgery related. I require nitrous just for a simple exam if that puts it into perspective. I initially had to have a tooth pulled. I was quoted about $600 to $800 over the phone. No big deal, that was the anesthesia as well so I was okay with that. When I got there, they could not put me to sleep, however, they were able to IV sedate to where I was completely relaxed. It still wasn’t my favorite thing but the doctor is truly just a happy and reassuring and gentle man and the girls that are his assistants are so sweet and helped with any pre-jitters I had. I found out that it was too close to my sinus so there was some disruption and he had to put in some membrane and stitches. It was super easy, all things considered. It was a bit more because they had to do a bone graft to build it up for an implant in a few months. Total price was more like $1700 but it was worth every penny. They do take some insurance, just not the one I had, so that is worth a shot. I would recommend this place over any other oral surgeon I have been to or heard of.
