I have such a terrible fear of anything dental/oral surgery related. I require nitrous just for a simple exam if that puts it into perspective. I initially had to have a tooth pulled. I was quoted about $600 to $800 over the phone. No big deal, that was the anesthesia as well so I was okay with that. When I got there, they could not put me to sleep, however, they were able to IV sedate to where I was completely relaxed. It still wasn’t my favorite thing but the doctor is truly just a happy and reassuring and gentle man and the girls that are his assistants are so sweet and helped with any pre-jitters I had. I found out that it was too close to my sinus so there was some disruption and he had to put in some membrane and stitches. It was super easy, all things considered. It was a bit more because they had to do a bone graft to build it up for an implant in a few months. Total price was more like $1700 but it was worth every penny. They do take some insurance, just not the one I had, so that is worth a shot. I would recommend this place over any other oral surgeon I have been to or heard of.

This the best oral surgeon I have ever gone to. They put their patients first. Friendly staff, was seen on time, and accommodating to their patients. I was so glad they were recommended to me and if you have to oral surgery 😞, they are the people to see!!!

About as great experience as pulling teeth can be. Dr. Lazaro and his staff were wonderful, I had some complicated broken teeth that had to be pulled and I felt no pain during the process. They prescribed me pain killers for after and I was back at work a couple of days later. Dr. Lazaro is a kind, caring, gentle and thorough dentist and I highly recommend his practice.

The building has been remodeled inside and is very nice I’m both the general lobby as well as the waiting room. The surgeon was very professional and knows his limits and did what he was able. The staff courteous and kind. The extraction was fast and painless, very good doctor.

My first dental implant and I was nervous. I drove all the way from Bradenton because Dr. Lazaro got such great reviews. My experience was excellent! They took my dental discount card! They were able to use Care Credit. The office staff were friendly and helpful! Most of all Jose Lazaro worked quickly on the implant, about 40 minutes from start to finish. He talked me through the whole process making sure I was ok and not feeling any pain during the process. I choose to do a local but I had the option to be put under if I wanted. Very professional, very caring, very attentive doctor! I highly recommend!

I was having serious tooth pain, went to the dentist who referred me to the oral surgeon. Once they got the referral my insurance required, I was scheduled for the next day. Dr. Lazaro made sure I was okay and constantly asked if it hurt or if I was doing alright. It was a very positive experience with getting teeth pulled. I was so scared going into the extraction, but Dr. Lazaro made me feel comfortable and safe. I called the office the next day to ask a question and Samantha made me feel so cared for when asking how I was feeling and if everything was going okay after my procedure. She even made sure to remind me of aftercare instructions for once I passed 24 hours. It’s a great practice and it was DEFINITELY worth the 100 mile trip for me since it’s the closest oral surgeon that takes my insurance.

It’s very, very rare that I cannot think of a single negative point or an area of improvement in a medical experience. I recently had a very positive experience with Dr. Lazaro and his staff. I was referred to Dr. Lazaro for extraction of a molar that had a large access. He explained how he would proceed and was very verbal during the procedure and checked on how I was doing frequently and was there for me 100%. I had no pain. Dr. Lazaro implanted a bone graft and sutured the wound. I returned a week later and he was pleased with the healing of the site. I would give Dr. Lazaro the highest recommendation to a friend or relative who needs oral surgery. It was a totally pleasant and super professional experience. So glad I was referred to him.

Dr Lazaro just extracted 3 teeth ..one was a molar.. I felt no pain and I had no swelling, no purple skin afterwards. I was amazed at the whole experience, it was so easy and so very fast.
